Folks, I thought I'd share my socks preferences. I know it's minor and it doesn't necessarily fall into the realm of tools and such but I have been wearing Wright Socks exclusively for about 3 years. They are Made In the USA and they're pricey...about $10 a pair....but that pair will last you years. The sock in this picture (which I just took) is the first pair I bought almost 3 years ago and they still feel and wear as if they were new. The socks are made for runners, hikers, backpackers, etc. but I wear them just on a day-to-day basis and I'm sure they'll come in handy for those on their feet all day at work or in the shop. I bought my first pair to use on an extended 10 day backpacking trip through the Sierra's and loved them so much I now own about 10 pair in different colors. Check 'em out...I know they're not the $3.00 6 pack Fruit of the Looms, but I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
