Wright Tool 3490/3426 Ratchet Question

Hi Everyone,

New forum member here. I am looking at picking up a new 3/8 ratchet and am considering either the Wright Tool 3490 or 3426. I tried a SK 45170 & was hoping for something a bit smaller. I know the Wright models are a bit shorter and have a smaller head, but what about handle diameter, is that narrower too? So if anyone could provide the handle diameter for the 3426 and/or 3490 (at its widest point), it would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Wright 3490. The comfort chrome handle is probably a little thicker than the SK. I never could get over the high back brag so it just stays in the toolbox. The head is noticeably smaller than the SK but still no as low profile as a Dual80 of LP90.

Happy with mine. SK is good, happier with the Wright.
