This is just a shout out to the Customer Service department at Wright Tool. I sent an inquiry about a rebuild kit for an older 3400 3/8 ratchet that I inherited from my father that didn’t work very well. I was hoping they would be able to tell me if the kit would fit or not and if so, I would order one.

Well, I received a response on Monday. The representative replied that she was uncertain if the kit would fit, but she would send me one and also send me a new 3400, just in case. I received the package today and good news, it fit. So now I have two! I really like how these feel. Can’t wait to put them to use tomorrow, remembering some of my time with my dad, wrenching on his Volkswagen.

Thanks Wright Tool!!!!

Wright is the best. Ive ordered alot from them instead of snap on lately. Might not be as pretty, but def as strong or stronger when it comes to using them. The local railroad mechanics use them almost exclusively. That says alot about their quality, railroad work is hard and dirty and if thats their choice of tool, it must be good.

I’ve warrantied a few items from Wright and they were very easy to deal with and prompt on the replacements. They make good tools in my opinion. They were having trouble with a new plating process when I had the issue and replaced the wrenches.

This is why it is important to buy and support USA companies. So many companies have rude employees so when someone.goes out of their way to make you happy, they deserve both the accolades and our $$. T
Wright has excellent products and excellent employees.

Customer service is the real reason I'll buy from companies after the first time. Tekton, wright, SK, Zoro, Bosch all had great service to me for example so they will get my American pesos

I am afraid that I don't have a story about Wright's customer service.

I bought my first Wright tools in the mid-1970s. Since then, I have never had a failure (ratchets, sockets, combo wrenches)

Their quality makes such GREAT customer service possible.

Wow, glad to hear! Yeah, I had them replace a similar 1/2" Tootsie Roll ratchet due to flaking chrome (IIRC) about 10 years ago and they were very understanding.

My experience a few years ago with them is that I talked to their head engineer when I had a problem - I don't know why, I guess he was answering the phone that day.

They sent me out a repair kit immediately. Since I've bought several more wright tools. Not unhappy with any of them. I love their combo wrenches.

I bought the 8-22mm Wright wrench set which has every wrench except for 20mm from Amazon. Well, I ordered it and got no 22mm, but a 20mm instead. I returned it and ordered a new one figuring it was a mistake.

Nope, second set also came the same way.

Contacted Wright and they shipped me a brand new 22mm without any questions. Great service.
