I picked up these when they were first listed in the Amazon warehouse deals thread. They showed up in pretty good shape with only a little minor damage to the case. I also picked up the metric impact set that was mentioned in the same thread a while back.

If you aren't familiar with the size of 3/4" gear, they are impressive in your hands. Of course, then I visited a Northern Tools store for the first time this weekend while traveling and saw a whole row of 1" drive sockets... Talk about huge!

You actually want 12 pt. 6 point sockets and long handles/cheater pipes does not work out well unless you are in a totally open area. The 12 pt allows you to take multiple moves in tight quarters.
