What is the metric equivalent of this set? Is it the 750? I have such a hard time figuring out Wright wrench sets. I'm wondering why the 750 set is only 108$ at Amazon and the 711 set is 140$. They're both 11 piece sets yet one is quite a bit cheaper?

The 711 is SAE from 3/8" to 1".

The 750 is metric from 7-19mm.

The online catalog on Wright's webpage has descriptions for all of their sets.

Go to wrenches, then wrench sets and then click details on whatever set you're interested in. If the set starts with a 7 it's satin finish and if it starts with a 9 it's polished.

The Royal Supply link below may assist you in regards to the various sets offered by Wright.

I'm afraid that one isn't too clear to me either. There's some schema to their numbering I just can't decode it. It looks like for example, the 711 is an SAE 11 piece set. The 715 is an SAE 15 piece set. The 720 is an... SAE black oxide 7 piece set? I don't know if I'm just having an extra difficult time because there are normal chrome and black oxide and full polish in all overlapping sets with different part numbers that are seemingly logical in some way or something. I may just be dumb here. That's a real possibility.

The 711 is SAE from 3/8" to 1".

The 750 is metric from 7-19mm.

Ok so the starting digit being a finish that makes some sense to start with. I can understand that.

I tried looking on their website but was still a bit confused about the different sets. I did just discover though in this most recent visit that if I search the individual part number of the wrench I can find the length. One of the other things that puzzled me was telling long pattern from normal wrenches from Wright. I was wondering if some of the sets were more expensive because the wrenches were longer since it's hard to tell wrench length from a photo.

I think set 752 is the metric equivalent. It is from 7mm - 22mm with 20mm being skipped.

I bought the 752 set and the 711 set along with 1/4" and 5/16" wrenches for each of my 2 sons.
