Iirc 2 is supposed to be non marring

Have never seen them tested on Chrome, stainless, etc.

How do you tell the difference between 1.0 and 2.0? Is there a different logo or patent number?

2.0 is stamped into the logo:

I bought a set a few years ago, and there were a number of 1.0 mixed in with the 2.0. My eyes can't see the difference in the open end, other than the stamping of 2.0 on the wrench body.

I can't speak on one vs. the other, but I will say I love using my 2.0s. Nicest feeling wrenches I've ever used. I much prefer them over Snap-On wrenches.

I’ve got 1.0s & 2.0s mixed together in my sets and I can’t tell a difference. In looks or performance.

The 2.0's definitely leave a mark when you have to wail on something.

Wright, in general, has the most comfortable beams of any wrench brand.

Full disclosure: I only have onesie twosies (21 total), I do not have a complete set of them. It is a mixture of regular ones and WrightGrip. I have zero WrightGrip 2.0. While I can definitely give a fair review of Wright… I cannot even comment on the WrightGrip 2.0… which seems like the majority of what is available at this point in time.
