why don't you just order one? I have good luck with mcmaster-carr, www.mcmaster.com for odd-ball tools. Heck, your local autoparts store or Northern Tool store should have one also.
Also, I am sure I have at least one in my master set of that size. Comes in handy on motorcycle front ends and axle nuts.
