I may be misinterpreting what you mean but are you talking about the disk/pad holder? I have multiple sizes but you can buy them online with express delivery.
Here is where I have bought some. I look for sales and usually buy 2 ea of 1"-3" when I order new shanks/mandrels.

I bought these tsm scotchbrites and sanding disks by accident. They were like .40 for a box of 50 on amazon. Every place I have found like the one you link has a min order. I don't plan to buy more tsm after I use this bunch. So I would only like to order/buy one holder.

I can see if I have any unused pads and shanks. What size where you needing?
I love the TR and TSM pads because I can usually buy a box of 50 on eBay for under $8 shipped to my door for 36 to 60 grit which I use when grinding metal. Most people want the new style but I prefer the stiffer pads.

I have 2" and 1 1/2" disks, I could use both or just the 1 1/2". I might switch to this style I didn't even know there were different attachment styles till I opened the box.
