Wtb a used cheap box

Hi I'm looking a good used box can be craftsman or whatever brand but I am broke looking in 2-3 hundred doller range I have out grown my old Waterloo to the point that all the drawers have actualy callapsed I know somebodys gotta have one of those big old craftsman or whatever brand that they upgraded an want out of there garage I don't mind painting it but all the drawers have too work right so why not help a fellow garage journal tool nut out I'm located in Fresno m email is [email protected] so let me know what you got cuz I need a box realy bad

If you are near the Atlanta area, try giving this guy a call. Not a cheap built box but a good, solid MAC top and bottom. He's wanting $500 but his ad has been running for 3 weeks now. He should take less.

Awww that mac would be awsome but I'm in Fresno ca but thanks for putting it up ya I'm in Fresno ca I keep checking craigslist but it seems like the only time deals come up is when I'm broke guess that's how it goes but ya if anybody has or comes across anything please post it up thanks

another idea might be to keep an eye out for Sears clearance stuff. I got a box not long ago that was a little bent for a good savings. The drawers work fine and it locks. I'm planning to bang it out and put a coat of paint on it.

Ill do that I've leaning towards a nice old box cuz I figure I'll get a bigger one for the money that way cuz if I don't end up nightr then what I had I'm just gonna end up screwing that box up too

any idea what the mac box might be worth offering? I'm rolling through atlanta for the mem day weekend and he says it's still available.

approximate dimensions are 3' wide X 6' tall

anybody know what model it is?

I would try for $400 cash fanned out in front of him. Go up from there depending on the condition. He has had it up for sale that I know of for three weeks and probably needs to sell (meaning he should take less...) Let us know how it turns out.

By the way, look out for Lookin'467Galaxieconv. That guy can sniff out a deal faster than a chicken on a Junebug and may beat you to it. The only good thing is that he might be running out of room and may leave a few deals for the rest of us....

I have a harbor freight ( u.s. general) set that was the best money I ever spent. $900.00 for all three pieces . It's better than ANY craftsman box out there. The bottom roller cabinet was about $300.00. They have them in Black, Red and yellow. Great wrinkle powder coating. Excellent Excellent and excellent. I would buy another one in a heartbeat. Then when you get more cash you can buy the top box and the side cabinet.

There are 2 stores in Fresno according to their website. It looks like about 450.00 for the bottom one. I got mine on sale. Plus someone on here has a link for a 20% off coupon.

Get the top box and then add the bottom roller later. That should work with your price point range.

Well it friend came up on a top and intermediate box for so if anybody has a good bottom it would be awsome
