Its for driving out big cottor pins. Looks like a 24" punch but the end has a s-shape to it and ends at a piont.

I have a mac S 130.i don't know if mac still has them.i believe it is a tire iron,5/8" diameter and 27 1/2" long. the end has a 1/2" offset and could be ground to a point.I could do that and maintain the temper.it is good steel,would need to be for a tire iron.

I'm not sure if that is large enough. He does all sorts of major repairs and parts replacement on the rail cars so he is dealing with big cottor pins and swings a big hammer but thank you for taking the time to read and reply.
