WTB cman extensions and other misc

Trying to fill out a tool set for a friend. Hoping to get more than one piece from each seller to save on shipping. I'm looking for:

Craftsman:
3/8 drive 6" extension
3/8 drive 10" (or there abouts) extension
Also interested in any other little misc, wobbles, 3/8-1/4 adapter, ect.

Also interested in any decent brand:
Deep metric 3/8 drive sockets (10-19?)
Spark plug sockets: 5/8, 13/16, 18mm,...
misc punches and chisels

Not looking to pay retail prices.

Craftsman punch & Chisel set, some 3/8 dr extensions, universal, couple of craftsman swivel sockets, two cman spark plug sockets, 1/2 to 3/8 and 3/8 to 1/4 adaptors, Craftsman 9 thru 18 6pt deepwell 3/8 dr sockets. Can ship everything to you for $46
