Maybe you should post exactally which sizes and part #'s you need as the pictures you posted are not real clear!

they show up up on ebay. I looked for years for them but never did get the 18mm. Email me in about a week, I have some but I'm on the road now.

I just found several wrenches very similar to these, however I think they are the 10deg offset. Not sure if you're looking for those as well.
