KASTAR makes this kit, just wondering if anybody would have one they do not need anymore. Thanks.

Are the threads really messed up? I have had good luck using a thread file on them if they weren't too bad. One I did not too long ago I had the axle stripped on jack stands and it fell off one of them right on the spindle.

I've tried the thread file but the starting threads are doinked from where the nut worked loose and let the hub wear on the threads. I kinda need to clean up the starting threads so the hub nut does not get cross threaded. If you have some suggestions on fixing that I can save myself some ca$h.

Take a dremel and grind them down... pretty much remove the thread to it starts on the non damaged part.

Should have enough thread length on the spindle that the nut won't be resting there.

I have an OTC outside thread chaser that's brand new still in the package I could sell you. Sells new at Tooltopia for $69, I'd sell it for $25 plus $5 shipping. Let me know if you're interested. Thanks, Rick
