WTB: floor jack saddle with 1" peg

I've got an older 3 ton Craftsman floor jack and the jack pad is pretty worn. I'd like to replace the saddle with a new one...either a 4-5" square or round saddle and rubber pad, with a 1" peg that fits into the jack to keep the pad in place.

The assembly is two parts - the metal base (with the 1" peg) and a rubber pad on top.

Roughly something like this (although this one has a 1 1/2" peg):




I have not been able to find one anywhere...
