My dad has a LOT of old Front end equipment. I know that he has an older "string" machine from the 80's. Also a lot of balance heads that are used to balance tires on the car. I will check and see what he has this week.

I will be over there next week and will see what equipment he has in the "archives". My grandfather open a "wheel alignment" shop in the 50's and it is still going strong. Needless to say they have a lot of old stuff.

The Electron-a-line was a really cool complex optical and light based machine. I believe they were the S-5 and S-7 models. Not fun to keep calibrated.

not fun to use either.........sunlight and wind would make the needles sweep widely. it sucked to have the doors closed on a hot day!
