WTB: Large radial arm drill press

I'm looking for a radial arm drill press for my dads fab shop. We are in eastern Iowa but would drive to pick up a machine that's worth it. Prefer 440v. Or if anyone knows good government surplus auction sites to search for such an item that would help also. Don't need anything new, it'll only get used a few days a month, just need something dependable that we don't have to work on. Don't need cnc. We don't need precise, just need the capability for large holes (already own all the drill bits)
