WTB Mac MB8250 roller slides

I bought a MAC MB8250 Dale SR. box a while back and the detents were wore out and the drawers would not stay shut. I was told it was no big deal call MAC and they would fix them or replace them. I tried the MAC truck and he said I would have to pay to replace them so I called MAC and they said no problem at all I will send you to tech to get the p.n., tech guys says no problem gives me the p.n. and sends me back to another customer service lady to complete the deal and I guess I slipped up and led them to believe that I didnt buy the box from them so no warranty. Anyways I am in need of 6 slides 3 rights and 3 lefts for a MB 8250 box. Or some insight on how to get them to warranty them.

Doesn't look like I can send you a message until I post something maybe so I was asking if you got this taken care of through mac. I just ordered replacement slides and they were all sent to me under warranty

Let me know if you ever got new slides I may be able to help you out on some new or used ones that work better than yours.
