Something like this to put a box of vinyl gloves in that has magnets to put to your tool box.

waiiiit, im picking up a trailer from HF today, is that coupon good for all retail stores?

I got mine from SO, save yourself the $20 and get the one from HF. Same thing as Snappy's
FYI if the magnets on that one are anything like the ones on Harbor Freight's magnetic parts trays, they will leave a permanent damaged spot in the paint on your box. I used to stick those parts trays on the side of my box when I wasn't using them until I noticed the rings indelibly melted into the paint.

want to note actually, it has black plastic over the magnets so it doesnt have the metal magnet hitting the tool box directly.

I don't think I expressed the point I was trying to make clearly - it's the chemicals in that black rubber/plastic cover that damaged my paint. Your mileage may vary...
