WTB - Matco 14.4v charger

I have a 14.4v Matco drill, and the charger died on me. Have no idea what went wrong, one second it was working, the next second the light goes out, and it does not charge any more, although it still hums when plugged in. Anyway, I've been keeping an eye on ebay but nothing comes up. So, anyone got a charger they'd sell me? Maybe your drill/impact driver died, or your batteries went kaput? I'd be willing to buy a setup if the price was right.

Oh, and if anyone knows of any chargers that would fit, I'm guessing Matco had these drills made through another manufacturer?

Anyone? I'd be willing to buy the entire kit, drill, impact driver, flashlight, any 14.4 Matco tool kit, as long as it includes a working charger.
