Check out eBay seller "comsew". He makes custom covers for tool boxes, equipment, etc. I had him make me a cover for my KRL series Snap-on box a few years ago and was more than happy with the end result. He uses really nice heavy duty material, nylon and zippers. It fit great and was cheap too! I sent him a fax with measurements and I had a cover in less than a week.
