It takes a can of cleaner that Snap On sold. I have a same or similar dispenser that I tried to get working (was Grandpa's) but I was not able to. Lemme see if i can get some pics.

We used to have one at a shop I worked at in the late 70's. We called it "The Squirt Machine." We got it from whatever distributor we bought GoJo from back then... haven't seen one like it since though.

Its one more thing i now know about and want but have no roomm or moeny to spare fore it lol.

Got the pump in a ebay auction last night, but I will have to find a Metal Gojo Can for it so the search continues on.
