I’m looking for a complete swivel base for a 4” Parker 974 vise (to convert my stationary 954 to a swivel 974). If you have something that is essentially complete, just let me know what it lacks.

I‘ve attached the relevant page from the 1965 Parker Vise (Union) catalogue.
