Jim I called the 1-800 number at the site listed below last monday and I had a brand new kit waiting for me at my door Tuesday. The lady on the phone was really nice. I needed a new selector and pawl for a Plomb ratchet.

That is really strange. When I called, they gave me the name of two distributors. I asked if they sent them out directly any more and she replied no. I guess it depends on who you talk to or some other random factor.

Yea I would just call back and talk to someone else. These days it seems like it just really depends on who picks up the phone as to what you are going to get.

I think I have the parts you need. Send me a PM. I should be able to take a look in the garage later.

I have a 3/8 rebuild kit that I only needed the gear from.

EDIT - Cancel that. The parts I have are for a 1/2" ratchet.
