A new set of metric flares are not high on my list, but my Snappy driver suggests I find the old Kobalt that SnapOn/Williams made for Lowes. He said save your money and find them used (apparently new Kobalt is different). Everyone likes the SO flare wrenches here, and these are the same (AFAIK) for a lot less money.

I have no clue to be honest . . . It is not marked with the maker it came out of my other tool chest which is all American made.

If it only cost me $30.00 I would be richer! They cost me $110.00 back in the day as I recall . . . Never used them as I didn't pursue auto mechanics . . .
