WTB Snap on 3/8 and 1/2 metric socket sets

Hello everybody i found the sockets now if any body could help me with Snap on 3/8 and 1/2 extensions mid length or short and a half inch to 3/8 and vise versa adaptors it would really help me please pm me thanks again everybody.
