WTB: Snap On 3/8" Long Reach Ratchet

I'm looking to buy a 3/8" drive Snap On Ratchet. Prefer about 11-inch length without a plastic handle.
Possibly FL830, FL720, FL710, or FL80.

I'm definitely not a rich man so.....Looking to spend about 40.00 shipped to Indianapolis, IN.
