WTB: Swivel Base to add to a Wilton 450N

I purchased a vise locally - however I would like to add a swivel to it.

Does anyone have a swivel base for a 450N?

Thanks

The term "Bullet" vise. Is that in reference to the shape of the main body of the vise?

I think I have one like the one in the pictures above, only it has the swivel base and one locking or maybe two locking handles for the swivel.

If I remember right its red in color. I had it out a while back and found that I really need something bigger for most things that I do. Do you have a bigger one you might want to trade?

I take a look later today and see if I can find it.

I just noticed you are probably as far from me as a person can be and still be in the same country.

Its very heavy and most likely would cost so much to ship it wouldn't be worth while. I'll see if its where I last saw it anyway, maybe check weight if I have time.

Yup - it's referencing the shape of the body.

I don't have any vise to trade currently, but if you wouldn't mind checking I would appreciate it.

If it's under 70 pounds, it MAY fit in a USPS large flat rate shipping. That would be the most economical way to ship.

Thanks for the heads up - I appreciate it.

Hey Greg,

The vise isn't where I remember using it last. Too bad really because I've been doing a massive moving things around project and it could be in a lot of different places. I have a large shipping container that has always been my storage place for my closed down automotive machine shop.

I also have a two car garage that has always been my wood shop and some storage from the house. Well, I decided last spring to switch them around, machines and automotive stuff goes into the garage, wood shop and storage goes into the container.

There is also my patio and a large portable garage canopy as well. Everything is full and nothing is in any kind of order yet. I'm sorry I don't know where it is right now but I will keep an eye out for it.

I'll let you know right away when I run across it again.

Thanks!

Found a 4 1/2" Wilton locally for a decent deal. Needs some cleanup but it will look good...it's a 450N, so it doesn't have the swivel.

Anyone have a swivel base that would work? I'm looking for one of those now!
