... case. For a 1/2" torque wrench, specifically either 44595 (1/2" Microtork) or 44597 (1/2" Digitork). Preferably in red or grey.

I need a new case to send my new (to me) torque wrench for calibration, and the case it's in right now is all but worthless. It turns out that my torque wrench is a near perfect fit for the 44595 or 44597, and that your old case will work great. I figure that someone on GJ has a broken Craftsman torque wrench, and doesn't need the case anymore.

If you come across one in your junk pile, please PM me. Thank you.

Thank you for the suggestions. I'd prefer a case (to wrapping it in bubble wrap) since I'd also like the torque wrench to be protected afterwards. I'm sure that bubble wrap and styrofoam peanuts would protect it in transit, but I don't think it would work as a long term solution.

I see that Sears sells the case separately, but the cheapest option is $8 + $8 shipping. Risk/benefit would say that protecting a torque wrench is worth $16, but something inside of me just doesn't want to pay that much for a plastic case. I can't pick it up at Sears since they don't carry it, and won't order it for some reason. If nothing turns up on GJ, I'll keep trying different managers and supervisors at Sears, and see if one will budge.

But in the meantime..... still looking, guys. If I have to put a price on it, I'd like to pay $10 shipped, and you could ship it however you want.
