I don't discuss things like that with her, and that is the problem, she makes more than me and pays most of the bills. So I don't want to upset her, and in the past 4 months, I have spent way to much, like probably at least a couple of grand if not more on tools, and I don't use them that often. It should be worth a laugh. I know I am not the only who has the hide the tools they purchase.

She knows I have spent money on tools, but I was getting most of them during a renovation project. Kinda hard to 'excuse' some of them now. Guns are my big money pit, but she knows that is part of my job.

There have been several threads addressing the Zyklops which a search would easliy reveal. Implying that the tool looks like a toy and has questionable resilience issues is not approriate in a Classified Ad and shows poor form.

There was no implication of the tool looking like a toy. Just look at the pics. It does look like a toy. Hard to tell from pics alone what a tool is like.

Whether or not it is a quality tool was the main question being asked. And what better place to ask a question about a tools quality than in a classified add?

It looks "funny" and uncomfortable to me, but it has some features that I like too. If the one for sale was a 1/4" dr I might be interested myself.

I've got to be honest, these questions were in the back of my mind. In the end I figured Wera makes a quality product, so although this is only the second ratchet in my box with a meaningful amount of plastic, I'm giving it a try. I'll try to report back once I have some experience with it.
