Been a while since anyone has posted a review for Ultimate Garage, so I figured might as well...

Placed an order this past Friday and received my product on Monday. That's really fast shipping from New Jersey to California. Product was received as depicted and described on the website. Even threw in a 14mm fast-action combo wrench as a gift.

Highly satisfied and would not hesitate to re-order and recommend.

I also had a fantastic experience purchasing from the ultimate garage.

I purchased $300 worth of Facom tools. Steve was great to deal with, super fast shipping, and included a mini 1/4 in ratchet with the order for free.

Couldn't be happier. Will buy again.

My experience with Ultimate Garage was less than stellar. I spent $138 on a handful of sockets and the quality was hit and miss.

I was stunned by the poor quality of the Facom hex sockets. First, they are nothing more than 1/4 inch bits and generic Facom socket holders that do not display the size of the bits at all making finding the size you need a real pain. Second, the bits keep popping out while using them. Do you know how annoying it is to wrestle out a 1/4 inch bit from a hex screw after every use?

Last but not least when I emailed Steve about my concerns I received ZERO response. Not the exactly the "Ultimate" customer service.

I expect more from Facom and a store billed as the Ultimate Garage.

Very old thread but bumping to say- I just got an order from Ultimate Garage and Steve did the best job of packing my items securely/safely of any tool vendor I've bought from. If you're tired of receiving your items carelessly thrown in a cardboard box this is the place to go.
