Currently xenon 12v18w. I would like to replace with LED. I "think" these are wedge base or T5 base (maybe t10?)
Any suggestions to getting GOOD LED bulbs?

Xenon Under Cabinet Bulbs

We have similar kitchen fixtures. I don't think you can just change the bulbs. And I'm hoping somebody calls me out for being wrong on that.
The Xenon bulbs put out enough heat that we don't store meltable foodstuffs on the shelves above them.

I agree. I think you'l need new LED fixtures.
I hate those fixtures. I have them under several cabinets. They put out a lot of heat. I don't like leaving them on when no one is around.

I'm in the same boat. I checked with my lighting supply and they said we need new fixtures to transition to LEDs. About 80 bucks apiece. The LED's they stock had some cool features like the ability to adjust color temperature or dim. Much nicer light than the xenon's...those suckers do put out some heat.

Call me old skool. It did take me a loooong time before I bit the bullet and converted our high hats to High CRI Par's we liked. The color of the High CRI is still missing some of that POP that replaced the halogens it replaced. I don't miss the heat from the halogens one bit.
However, I still like our halogen undercab setup for now (currently running Juno trac 12).
The wedge bulbs seems to have gone up in price a bit - nothing terrible. I think it's like $2.50-$4 per wedge at the local supply house ? I bought 2 boxes of bulbs as between EPA laws, eventually this stuff will be NLA
