I am looking at updating my wrench sets with reversible ratchet wrenches. I am surprised at how little options I found. Black Hawk is the only set I could find that was a set in sizes 25mm and up and 7/8 and up.
Quality is not optional, the wrenches I buy MUST have a ratcheting end that is as strong as a solid box end. Or at least meet the ase standards for them, or otherwise it's just a waste of money and space.
I don't know if Black Hawk xl wrenches meet those standards, if theyre still owned by Proto you'd think they might be, or maybe Black Hawk is Proto's bottom of the barrel tier, I don't know.
What do you guys think? I have farm equipment and a Caterpillar or two so my tools will get used and I need them to be unquestionably reliable.
