xtreme set 100 crack filler question

I've got to return my grinder today to Home Depot. Still got a couple more cracks to fill on my back deck. It's a concrete slab with the deep grooves. We've had some rain in the last day or two and it probably is damp. Can I still do the sand/crack filler. I've got to return my grinder today to Home Depot. Wait for it to dry. It will bubble if the joint is damp.
