They're not quality tools no. For something like the set pictured VIM Tools would be good and they have a nice 1/2 cut set also.

That box is very misleading as saying cal hawk USA looks like rebranded Asian cheapo look into blue point thru snap on in the uk they offer a very nice 40 piece set that is made by vim as I am not sure of vim tool status in the uk

I second the vim have vim master hex, torx and tripple square/xzn and wouldnt buy any other manufacturer except maybe the gold snap on if I had a tool truck that came to me regularly for warranty.
