When I power on my YA3160 Scan Tool, every time a message on screen appears,

I have tried to erase this message with erase (RED) button but could not, please any other way to remove this message

Solution is nothing. p0000 will not illuminate a CEL. Nothing needs to be done for this

Run the vehicle through it's drive cycle and do not reset your ECU or disconnect your battery, that code should go away.
