I had to file a fleapal claim today on a socket/ratchet lot as well - my first non-shipment in over 600 transactions. The @sshat has never responded to any of my emails or the fleapal dispute - seems to think if he ignores me he can keep my funds.
Nuked him too - I'm the second buyer to do so in several days - so much for his 100% rating. 
So how long does it normally take for fleapal to refund the funds after a claim is filed?

Today I recieved the following 3 emails from other EBAYERs concerning my leaving negative feedback
Here they are:
Love Your Feedback too: carolynkerestes
Purchased 3 coins & haven't seen them or heard any replies back yet when trying to cantact her.
Got Paypal checking into it now, see what happens on that route - before I leave any kind of feedback.

I bought a screwdriver set from Carolyn never did get it as of yet. My money has been refunded. UPS shows a airbill was filled out but the package was never received. Is this what happened to you? I got the screwdriver set for a good price, snap on about 70.00 less that an exact same set sold a day later. I am just wondering if she acted as if it shipped and was going to sell it later at a better price. I would like some feed back or your thoughts. This was my first purchese so I am a little green on this. I am going to do a feed back but I want to wait to see how this all plays out.

It appears her M.O. is to sell stuff and if she doesn't get a price she wants, then she gets a shipment statement, to make it seem like it is being shipped and then she tries to sell it again for higher.
I firmly believe this was never shipped (I.E. it was supposedly shipped on the 10th and she said she cancelled it on the 17th (7 days to get from Florida to NC?? I don't think so))
