I just bought a home in Oklahoma that has epoxy coating on the floors. There are some yellowish stains in the epoxy. Do you have any idea what it is? And how it can be cleaned up?

Somewhere I should be
Mine was from old gas that came from a gas task. The epoxy was Rustoleum. Held up very well except from that which is why people buy the good stuff. Epoxy in this case. You should also buy good gas too but I digress…

lol

Are the areas where the sun can shine on the floor?

Hi
Normally, as per Shea above, epoxy can discolor and yellow from UV exposure, it's the nature of true epoxies. Alternately some tires have additive compounds that can leach into floor coatings and tiles. Not the norm, but it does happen.

Where are your stains? Can you post a few photos? Generally speaking the types of discoloration above cannot be removed.
