I need some help on what to do with my garage floor. I finished it over 2 years ago with an epoxy final coat and it been yellowing ever since.
Can I remove the finish somehow and recoat without the epoxy? It does get direct sun when the garage door is open and I think that maybe the problem why it yellowed.
Any direction someone can give me I'd really appreciate it.
I've attached some pictures.
Thank you,
IrishO

Hi, all true epoxies can discolor from a lot of sun exposure, even if topcoated with a UV resistant topcoat.

A solution would be to lightly buff it with a 3M type red pad, wipe down with denatured alcohol and resist with our non-yellowing one part Polyurea called SPGX. This will solve the problem permanently without having to remove your floor.
