What the hell are you going to do with that railroad car knuckle?

Wanna buy it.
We live across field from tracks.
Tracks are up about 25' from atv trail that runs on edge of farm field.
We found that laying on the bottom of embankment.
Wife rides commuter train into chicago.
She called me one day before we found that piece and told me to come over to platform.
There was a knuckle laying on the platform the commuters stand on.Not sure how or why it was there but I could not budge it.
We dragged the one I have home with a honda foreman 500 4x4.
Might bury in ground with knuckle pointed up.

If you could bolt jaw faces to it, and figure a gear (or just really big lever) system to control it, it could be one of the world's most epic leg vices. Right up there with the 20k lb forklift counterweight anvil I dream of....

I should note that the big old rusty...... was the steel wheel. I did not edit my post too well. The big old railroad knuckle has been resting there since last year.

Put a steel bulkhead cellar door on the ground next to it, and tell your neighbors that you converted a boxcar into a fall-out shelter. It's for when the Aliens invade and they're not invited. :lol_hitti

You have a great imagination. I might consider for the coming zombie Apocalypse.
You gave me an Idea for my basement build. Build a faux box car wall with that poking out from it. It is a big heavy SOB to get below grade though.Basement stairs. I would have to burn off a bunch of Iron before i move it.
