I found this site, and it didn't take long to get the motivation to get some projects in mind. First I cleaned, the I cleaned some more. Then I had to "organize " a new home for some stuff, then I finally got started with some real projecting. Here is the floor update:

I used Armstrong VCT from Home Depot. $.63 a square. They way I figured it out, it was cheaper that the exopy paint considering the amount of prep I would have had to do. With the VCT all I had to do is get the floor clean and dry, and take a putty knife to the accumulations of paint drippings. And if one gets broken or cracked, I just pry it out and glue down another, no repainting. Now if I could only convince the wife that waxing the floors includes the garage!!
