I work as a Maintenance Mechanic at a industrial plant in AZ. I play with the bigger stuff
Tool wise, I prefer SK, but have a lot of US Craftsman in my box. I also have some Snap-On and Proto. My chrome stuff is mainly SK now, but my pliers come from all, Channelocks, US CM, Klein, Knipex, etc..
I am a big buy USA guy which is why I predominantly switched to SK tools to support their position.
