I`m from the Evansville area, pretty much interested in anything that`s loud or fast. I`ve been a mechanic for the last 25 years in the utility field, my work shop is off the hook, but a nice shop for me is still a dream, but it`s just a matter of time. Just wanted to say hello, have a great day.

Thanks..... I go to Bloomington sometimes with work (Vectren, please don`t hate me), I found a cool little place there to eat called the Runcible Spoon (sp?) My next cool projects will be posted here first, this is a real cool site, seems like alot of the things i`m into are found here.

We need to compare notes sometime on being fleet mechanics....you know the part about all the praise and glory(lol). I don`t think we supply natural gas as far north as you? What type of utility do you work for?

I used to have Vectren when i lived in Huntington never had any complaint's about them. I work for NIPSCO were a gas and electric company. I hear ya on the Praise and Glory part LOL I work second shift yea!!!!

I do the 1st and 2nd shift thing too, seems after 25 years I might get used to it.... but, no dice. Most people don`t hate us, but man I`ll tell ya, down here with the new HQ building being built......lots of hate! Gas and Electric is nasty business.... big cash and big politics.
