...yet another hamber!

I too, am also on the HAMB. i moved here from lincoln last august. my roommate and i are both into automobiles (obviously, i'm into hamb-type stuff, but roomie is one of those diesel-power guys!), and we have to share a 24' x 24' two bay garage.
when it comes to the garage, the best way i can describe it to you is "the odd couple". roomie is a damned slob! tools everywhere, 4 month old floor dry left over from the bio-diesel adventure... i could go on all day.
is there anyone here who also has to share a garage? what steps have you taken to ensure that everyone gets along? any ideas or advice for me?
if this forum is anything like the HAMB, then i know that i will have a lot of fun here, as well as gain a wealth of knowledge from the old timers. thank you for having me!

Hey, Im a HAMBer as well, welcome, We had 3 guys trying to share a 2 car garage,( normal rental house stuff ) most of the time it was ok, just a little bitchin' about each others messes and whos using each others tools, we were friends so it was ok. The only time it really got to be a big pain was when we had more than one car broken that had to get done asap. then it was tough sharing the space. We just tried to work together and get stuff done rather than complaining about whos car was taking too long. Just dont lose site of getting your own place and your own garage ha ha
