Yet Another Insulation Question

I've been reading the latest insulation threads and have been researching some options for possible insulation in the non-heated garage portion of our shop. I have a metal sided pole barn with vinyl backed insulation under the roof. The building is framed into three spaces, a heated/cooled studio for my wife, a garage space and a heated/cooled shop (the shop and studio are separted by the unconditioned garage space). The shop and studio have R21 walls and R38 ceilings (awaiting drywall etc still). I would like to cover the garage space with OSB and will not be heating or cooling that space- is there still a need for wall insulation in this area? There will be a 6" airspace between the OSB and the metal siding- which can be left empty or put some insulation in there.

I would put insulation in the outside walls just incase you decied to heat it later on it would be alot easier to do the insulaton now before you put up the wall covering.
