Hi All,

I am looking at a Snap on set: KRM 274 side box, top kr537b, middle kr547, bottom kr557b. They look to be clean, at least the pictures are. They are old, but then so am I :). They have slides, on of them is the 65th anniversary model

What is a 'good' or reasonable price to pay for these?

Thanks

Value varies so much pending on exact condition and personal opinion on older smaller stacked setups like this .
First used snapon box I had was a KR537 .
They good solid construction with a bit of vintage class .
Market not that keen on these but proper tidy full set with good slides and liners may get 1K+ !
I seen lot of high prices but they don't sell quick, I see bottoms and side cabs finally sell for 3 or 400 .
I'd take one over any box store 36" import garbage but it have be exceptionally tidy be worth high price and even then it smaller used market interest than other box models .
Real question is how good are they and what it worth to you and you personal preferences verses other options .

The owner is asking $1100, seems like a lot, but here in the northeast, everything seems expensive...

Yeah it top end priced.
I guess if I really wanted the setup and condition proper A1 I pay 1K as it better than 700 to 1K going get you at box store.
If it average condition or below then it worth anything from 300 to 700 .
Not massive interest in them and condition is everything ...
If you interest tell him you willing look at them with intention making offer pending on inspected condition .
Don't judge from pictures as hard make accurate judgement, if local enough looking at it is way forward .
