Looks like our state is holding it down over here...
I'm Nick. I live south of the city. I've been a bicycle mechanic for almost 10 years, graduated a vocational high school with a major in automotive, and now work full time as a paramedic (medical advise is free). I still work at the bike shop a few days a week and always find something new on my car to fix. I have a pretty solid collection of tools, a lot of Park (the Snap On of bicycle specific stuff) and Craftsman stuff, plus I'm constantly adding HF bits since they had to go and put a store 5 minutes from where I live.
I found this forum researching various HF pass/fail opinions, and have been lurking for a few months now. I'm in the market to buy my first house and figured since I'm am avid DIYer, I'm going to need some advice in the not so distant future and now would be a good time to join.
So if anyone needs any help wrenching on a bicycle or has any "what is this thing growing on my leg" questions, I'd be more than happy to help.
Nice to meet everyone!
