Hi guys,
I'm starting a new garage/shop build soon. I'm being held up by DDES permits but it is just a waiting game. I'm building a 30 X 38 1.5 story shop. It will have radiant in-floor heat, electricity, natural gas, water, cable, network, and whatever else I can decide to bury in the trench when I get there. There will be a full bathroom in the garage. This is going to be a woodshop/metal shop area with an exercise room above for my wife.

I plan to do the entire project myself with the help of a few friends. Estimates are that I will have all my permits by mid October... 2 months later than anticipated unfortunately. Not looking forward to doing foundation work in the rain.
Anyway, thought I'd introduce myself. I'll post my progress here and hopefully get some good advice along the way as well.
