Just have to say WOW! I am flat out jealous of some of your spreads.
My last house had better shop space but a Divorce and lack of funds forced relocation 14 years ago.
Current place has a 2 car thats 20 wide by 19 deep with a 5ft wide store room across the back.
I am about to pull the wall down between the store room and the main garage to get a few more feet. Problem is that wall is the one holding the roof up so I will have to get a Piece of LVL in there. Till I can get the car out thats on hold.
The back room has a 24 inch deep bench but because of the narrow room its about worhtless....just not enough room. Once the walls down it will work.
I finally gave up on it storing 2 cars so now its home to just my 70 LeMans and what needs to be worked on comes in as needed....well soon as the LeMans is back on the road. It lost oil pressure with 200K on the clock....figured I would get to it in a few weeks..... 8 years later....
I have several projects in the works.
The 70 LeMans is right now front and center. Its about to get a mild built 68 400 and the Saginaw 3 speed is going to get swapped for a Saginaw 4. The numbers matching 350 Motor and ****** go under the bench. I have to get it running because my DD 4 Runner developed a knock.
4Runner is also a Project for my 4x4 addiction. Been collecting parts for it. Toy E-Locker, Second case for a Marlin, Solid axle for a SAS but I may go long travel IFS. And now a motor
Then there is the 1959 22' Aristream Caravanner on the Drive that was my wifes dad's we inherited and decided to restore. Frame off restoration mid way through at this point. Once the weather gets stable I will be shooting interior paint (probably Zolotone). Then completely rebuilding the cabinets.
We wont get into the house itself ......you know how those house projects get in the way of garage time.
I am going for more of a fab shop. Tucked in there is a Hobart 175 Mig, Compressor and some hand metal working tools. Plan to build a brake soon if I don't find a deal on one. Just adding as I can afford. Next major I hope to get is a Plasma cutter and Drill press.
Here is a couple pictures.
