Yet another photo posting issue

Beginning yesterday, I started having issues posting pictures to the forum. The issue still exists as of this post. I tried numerous things but ultimately came to the conclusion that the "Manage attachments" function no longer reduces the size of my pictures to the required 146 kB or smaller size.

To date, I have never needed to edit my photos in order to post them. The site's built-in size reducer has always worked. It no longer works.

Has that feature been disabled purposefully or accidentally?

This will really put a damper on my posting of photos ...

I was having that same problem and thought it might have something to do with changing browsers. A couple of tries came back, after extended time, as "pictures failed to load"

But......just put up two pictures without a problem, so it looks like things are back to normal for me.

Yesterday it said
error in loading
today it says
Upload of file failed.

So I had two different messages and the post above shows a third type message.

I still can't load.

That makes perfect sense since the server was "upgraded" on June 30th. I have no information on what upgrades were performed but it seems plausible that if a new version of the host software was updated, a setting may have changed that allows the site to alter the sizes of our photos.

I should make it clear, I have no problems uploading photos that are already smaller than the allotted 146 kB limit. The issue is with larger files. The only option for the moment is to manually resize my photos, which I need to learn how to do. When it comes to photo editing, I have no idea what I am doing.

Me too, cant load from droid or PC, except for small pictures.

Just a guess on my part:
A smart guy like Ryan may have had a plan to keep the
I insist it be free
Crowd from dumping 300,000 pictures on his server.
Maybe he can make full size photo hosting an option for Alliance members.

If I owned an optional pay site like this one and a non payer decided to park his pictures here... Holy ****, you can't even imagine the mad I would be.

This is all just a guess on my part. Personally I think it's a brilliant ploy if it was purposely executed(or he just missed checking a box during the reset)

My guess is just a case of:
