Yet another thread about insulating a block wall

I have a cinder block attached garage with one of the walls adjoining conditioned space. The wall is framed in and soon to be drywalled. The framing stands about an inch+ off the wall. There is no vapor barrier on the wall currently. What are my options when it comes to insulating that wall?

Friend of mine spray foamed . Wall is warm to touch in the Northern winters.
